Sketch ideas can start anywhere. However I get most creatively figity when I am attenting a lecture, or are waiting for food at a restaurant with paper table cloths.

I then start the layout sketch on a large
Ink and paint

I finish with a tight Line Drawing. Then I transfer the drawing onto another sheet of Illustration Board and begin painting.
